Inclement Weather Policy: If players have begun their round and the course is closed before they have completed 7 holes, they will receive a full refund. If players have completed between 8-14 holes and the course is closed, they will receive a 9-hole refund. If players have completed 15 or more holes, no refund will be issued. Rain dates may not be made for your event due to the limited availability of the golf course.

Golfers MUST be registered for the Rail Freight Conference to participate with golf.
